MWR open airbox filter for all Supersport 620ie-695ie-750ie-800ie-1000DS & Monster S2R-S4-S4R-S4RS is developed to create as much as possible airflow with max. protection with a magnificant induction roar as bonus Remove top-lid of the airbox , remove top-lid of the airbox + filter , place the MWR “HE” instead of the to-lid and screw the filter tight to the airbox with the included screws & spacers , see foto’s Plate has different function , plate protects filter from rain & water from cleaning the bike . Note: Check from time to time the condition of the filter … it may not dry out from oil The MWR High Efficient Airfilter , for road and racebikes .The goal for the revolutionairy design is to reduce the inlet noise and yet more power delivery . This design has shown a reduction of up to 8db compared to the other sportsbikesfilters . Unlike all other sportsfilters the “HE’ filter creates a much better , equal airflow over all cylinders , means you need to adapt fueling of all cylinders seperatly to achieve maximum effect of the “HE” filter . Concerns all twins , V-twins , three , four , and V4 engines. Remapping the ECU or Fuel Control Module is highly recommended.
