Each paid project covers one product, one clear group of specifications or one sourcing requirement. It includes an initial comprehensive supplier search, supplier comparison and one revised sourcing round. A completely different product is a new sourcing project.
The fee covers research and sourcing work. Supplier availability, pricing, MOQ, production capability and successful matching cannot be guaranteed.
If no suitable source is found after the agreed research, we provide a sourcing report covering suppliers researched or contacted, MOQ, price, technical or lead-time issues and recommended next steps.
Before work begins: refundable. If we do not complete the agreed scope for reasons attributable to us: full or partial refund. Once the agreed sourcing work is completed: normally non-refundable. Service credit may be offered case by case.
If sourcing succeeds and you procure through us, the sourcing fee can be credited toward the procurement service fee. Example: a US$199 manufacturer sourcing fee against a US$600 procurement fee leaves US$401 due.
Under US$2,500: 10%, minimum US$49 · US$2,500–10,000: 8% · US$10,000–30,000: 6% · US$30,000–100,000: 4–5% or custom · US$100,000+: custom rate.
Long-term and repeat buyers may move to a monthly retainer or custom procurement program.
