The headers are pie-cut segments and run down to an all-titanium lightweight resonator that replaces the restrictive and heavy catalytic converter. This resonator is crucial as it stabilises the exhaust pulse and produces a rich, deep exhaust tone. From the resonator, the exhaust exits through a single titanium muffler that comes with a removable baffle. This single muffler option allows the use of the OEM passenger foot pegs, which is not possible with our twin-muffler variant.

Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance and change of direction, this lightweight system will enhance performance by as much as 12hp when used in addition to a tune or fuel correction device.

OEM KTM Muffler Compatible

Specifications:

Made from the Highest Quality Ti1 Titanium

Muffler Titanium with Carbon Fibre Tip

Removable Silencer

Total Weight 6.8Kg (OEM Exhaust 10.2kg)

Requires engine mapping for best results

Approx 11hp increase with increased torque at lower RPM

Noise 98db silencer in 105db out @ 5500rpm

Won't meet Emission Standards - Competition Use Only

Important Notice: Vandemon Exhaust Systems are designed for performance and sound enhancements.
