The stock rubber bar cones are very soft and are susceptible to distortion in the event of a crash. For this kit, the stock rubber cones are replaced with solid aluminum cones and we then supply our Rubber mounted Sub mount. This retains Rubber mounting and is more effective. This SUB mount kit will raise the bars 24mm in height and locates the bars in Position 2 \/ 7mm forward from stock. MED and SOFT compound bushings are provided for individual preferences. An hour meter relocation bracket is included for models with these meters stock. Step by step pictured instructions are included along with all the necessary hardware. Standard diameter bars can be used in some cases but would require our Bar Reducers which are available here, on line, as an option, if needed.
