This racing pipe link – manufactured in stainless steel type AISI304 - has been specifically developed for Ducati DesertX and allows the removal of the original catalyst:

This product can be installed only combined with SC-Project muffler Rally Raid: this combination (muffler with racing link pipe) allows an outstanding weight reduction (-65% if compared to OEM exhaust, which means -5,1 kg!) and a remarkable maximum power and torque gain (+2,8 hp and +2,2 Nm @8.500rpm) but even more important is the stable and consistent improve of engine delivery from the low range until the maximum range.

Installing the SC-Project racing pipe link, you will benefit not only of outstanding performance, but even of the maximum level of sound emotion: the deep voice of SC-Project will be a big part of your riding experience (96dB at @4.600rpm).

Even if not necessary, we suggest ECU remapping to get the maximum performance and to optimize the engine delivery. Please note that the installation of the racing pipe link, does not meet the Euro-5 homologation regulations.
