FORCE SILENCER Titanium - Carbon.

The FORCE silencer for the new Yamaha YZF R1 is made of carbon and titanium cuNb, the same used by Termignoni's Reparto Corse to build the racing exhaust systems.

CuNb is a special titanium alloy that has excellent formability at room temperature, high mechanical strength even after 600°C and is resistant to oxidation above 800°C.

This makes it possible to significantly reduce weight, while still guaranteeing a high level of exhaust performance and durability, far superior to a system made from a commercial titanium alloy.

The silencer, interchangeable with the original and available with a carbon or titanium sleeve, is homologa
