A variomatic, or drive pulley, is a small but essential transmission component in the motor of any modern automatic scooter. The inclusion of an optimised variomatic in your set up decides not only the pick up and acceleration of your scooter, but also provide smoother running properties. In the end, an essential item for riders of all two and four stroke automatic scooters!

The ZELIONI variomatic was developed especially to be ideally suited to the weight and wheel dimensions of the Vespa GTS/GT models. High precision CNC machining, including an exactly recalculated ramp roller weight angle, ensures optimal acceleration combined with an increase in maximum speed. A pulley pressure spring, a set of various vario-roller weights and spacer washers are included in the delivery.

Installation Tip: This variomatic from ZELIONI is designed for exclusive use in combination with the included ZELIONI roller weights, do not attempt to replace them with any other aftermarket items such as Dr.Pulley, etc.

We recommend the following variator roller weight set ups :

For Vespa GTS 250 :

• 6 x 14gr. rollers

For Vespa GTS 300 :

• For maximum acceleration : 3 x14gr., 3 x 16gr.

• For longer tours : 6 x 16gr.
