The aesthetic of the muffler is clearly inspired by offroad adventures. The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the compact dimension of this silencer, has been developed and tested to be one of the best solutions SC-Project offers for the Ducati Scrambler 800.

The muffler outer sleeve is made of lightweight titanium and the output has a generous and aggressive round exit. A lot of attention has been dedicated to the “voice” of the exhaust, in order to provide a deeper and more vivid sound experience, in full compliance with Euro5 regulations.

The visual impact of this exhaust is outstanding: everything has been developed, tested, approved and manufactured to be perfectly integrated with the classic but modern design of the Scrambler 800. Like each product from SC-Project, the Rally-S silencer is entirely manufactured in Italy with the latest modern technologies and an obsessive attention to every little detail such as the exclusive aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo.

The installation is totally plug and play and the OEM heat shield perfectly fits the Rally-S silencer.
