CNC RACING | exhaust heat guard made from matte carbon for Ducati Panigale and Streetfighter

An exhaust heat guard made from matte carbon , built with an autoclave process , using exclusively carbon fibres and hand-painted . A thermo-reflective film is applied to the inner side, reflecting the heat radiated by the exhaust: it prevents the carbon from yellowing over time and helps to retain and manage the heat , keeping the visible surface stable and uniform even after prolonged use.
Its function is twofold. On one side it shields the exhaust heat , protecting your leg, the bodywork and the surrounding components from thermal radiation. On the other it replaces a standard area with a carbon surface of real visual depth,autoclave-processed like top-level racing components. It's the kind of detail that's spotted immediately on a well-finished Panigale, and one that rarely goes unnoticed next to the exhaust.
