KBIKE Special Edition - Slipper clutch adjustable with integral basket

Lightweight slipper clutch with 6 Ergal springs (without spider spring) with lightweight clutch basket
Compatible with all Ducati models equipped with a dry clutch.
The Special Edition line will be produced in limited quantities with a dedicated laser engraving.
The kit includes:
• Ergal clutch coreboard
• Ergal integral clutch basket code CAMP006D
• Ergal clutch drum with 45° ball ramps
• Ventilated hard oxidated clutch pressure plate with slots to monitor disc wear
• 3 sets of spring caps (1.7/1.85/2.1) with different settings to adjust and customize engine braking and slipper control
• Stainless steel balls, screws and burnished springs
• High-speed bearing for the clutch pressure plate (already installed)
• Two retaining nuts machined from a single block
• One Belleville spring
• Casehardened and ground spacer with O-ring to ensure perfect clutch parallelism
The clutch assembly is equipped with a 6-spring stainless steel loading system, replacing the conventional spider spring. The kit includes 3 sets of marked retaining cups, designed to vary the mechanical preload of the springs. By replacing or combining the different sets (configurable in symmetrical groups of 2 or 3 units), it is possible to modify the clutch calibration, optimizing the intensity of the engine braking and the intervention threshold of the slipper system based on the dynamic needs of the vehicle. The system setup is distinguished by its high efficiency and speed of execution: changing the calibration does not require disassembly of the clutch body or replacement of internal components.
