DUCABIKE | Brake Plate Radiator

Brake plate radiator capable of optimizing thermal insulation between the brake pad and the caliper while enhancing cooling.

The concept

Developed through extensive track and road testing, this hybrid heat sink combines special thermal steel with a lightweight high-conductivity alloy. It reduces heat transfer toward the caliper and brake fluid while improving pad cooling and braking consistency.

Development

Tested for more than 500 track hours and 20,000 km across six motorcycles. Testing showed brake-pad temperature reductions of up to 20°C and improved pad life.
