ExactFit timing belt for Ducati desmoquattro engines. The 93-tooth belt was introduced with the ST4 and Monster S4 models.

- Ducati Monster S4R (2003–2006), desmoquattro engine
- Ducati Sporttouring ST4 and ST4S
- Ducati Superbike 748 (2002–2003); some 2001 models require fitment confirmation
Specifications
MPN: TBST4. Replaces OE 737.1010.1A, 737.4010.2B or 737.4010.3B.
Installation Notes
Price is per belt; the manufacturer specifies sale in pairs. S4R/S4Rs with a testastretta engine requires TB999 instead. The exhaust cam is positioned closer to the cylinder, creating an asymmetric head; the central rocker shaft cover has five holes. The manufacturer recommends the n-Track Tuner application to check belt tension frequency.
