Shipping and Return

We ship a luggage by EMS (Express mail service ) or express shipping by DHL .

Shipping cost is based on your order's total weight, size, area of delivery, and handling fee.

Note:
Special order items (basically any item that is custom produced for you) may in certain cases, either have a restocking fee imposed, or not be returned. The discretion is ours to decide the eligibility of special order items 
for a refund.

We are not responsible for lost packages, so please keep a record of tracking number .
