Fabspeed Motorsport's engineering team consulted with HJS Motorsport and chose the largest HJS catalytic converter that would fit the M240i chassis. This guarantees the very best exhaust flow, reliability, and sports car sound. Our Sport Cat Downpipe will flow 93% of a 3'' straight pipe, all while providing emissions clean performance and NO check engine light. There's no need to run a cat bypass pipe!

Replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter is the only exhaust upgrade that nets you real power on the M240i. On our in-house DynoJet, our high-flow Sport Cat Downpipe made max gains of 29 ft/lbs of TQ at 3,700 RPM and 21 HP at 6,000 RPM. Power is increased across the RPM band, and being emissions clean, it's a win-win for all M240i owners.
