MOTODEMIC 41mm Headlight Brackets

41mm Headlight Brackets for conventional 41mm diameter forks by Motodemic give you the ability to securely mount a headlight to your fork tubes. The modular design allows the rings and side brackets to be flipped inside and outside, accommodating a variety of headlight widths based on your fork spacing. Unique 2-piece slip-fit design allows the fork rings to be installed without touching your triple clamps.

You also get to choose from 3 different side bracket depths (see image) to get the perfect fit with any headlight housing shape and fork offset. This entire system has been designed to give you finite control of headlight placement.

Designed and made here in California from US-sourced 6061 aluminum and anodized black with additional UV treatment to keep them looking black for decades.

Typical Fitments

Determining your side bracket length depends on your fork offset (how far forward or back they are from the center of the stem), steer tube clearance ( is there a seam or tabs on the front of your steer tube?), wiring clearance, and headlight housing depth ( from the center of the mounting point to the back of the housing). All of those aspects must be considered when selecting your headlight side bracket length.

Here are some typical pairings:

• Standard Side Brackets with our Classic Headlight.
• Short Side Brackets with our Metric Headlight. A Metric Housing and Side Brackets with Signal Holes allows you to install our Flyscreen.
• Super Short Side Brackets with our Low Profile Headlight (shown above).

Turn Signals

These brackets are NOT compatible with stock turn signals. Check out our Turn Signals Section for the options we offer. Just about any M8 thread turn signal should work just fine.
