KBIKE Clutch basket

Not a reinterpretation of the traditional clutch basket. A new concept.
The integral clutch basket eliminates the traditional outer steel ring used in conventional solutions and introduces a monoblock structure machined from a single billet of Ergal 7075.
Single monolithic body:
The absence of the inserted ring eliminates a critical mechanical interface and transforms the bell into a fully integral structure.
Greater structural rigidity:
The monoblock construction improves compactness and operating precision, reducing deformation and dispersion under load.
Elimination of the elastic micro-flexures typical of clutch bells with inserted rings.
No keyed coupling:
Eliminating the traditional pressed outer ring eliminates an element potentially subject to tolerance, settling, and wear.
Monoblock clutch basket weight: 0.43 kg
Even for this iconic component like the clutch basket, we believe that innovation is never over.
For us, "already exists" does not mean "it cannot be improved."
