Vandemon exhaust systems are built to deliver performance, turn heads and sound like they mean it.

Our all-titanium muffler features a twin-chamber, straight-through design surrounded by densely packed sound-absorbing material. It keeps the sound controlled while letting exhaust gases flow freely, delivering the unmistakable Vandemon note. Because a premium exhaust should do more than wear an expensive badge and politely impersonate your stock muffler.

The craftsmanship goes well beyond looks. Precision welds create strong, consistent joints built for the bumps, vibration and punishing terrain that come with adventure riding. 

APPEARANCE 

Surface finish is a natural brushed finish having an advantage over stainless steel in that Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary. 

MANUFACTURING

We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?

Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion quality, Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP.
