To mount this Radiator Guard, zip tie it to the upper radiator straps. The lower mount is installed using zip ties attached to the bottom radiator straps
Oil Cooler Guard is secured to the face of the oil cooler with four zip ties as well
Our Radiator and Oil cooler Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish!
